Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where can an inflatable bouncer be set up?

All of our units can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt or dirt.  We do ask that the area be level and free of rocks, sticks and pet feces.  If you plan on setting up on concrete/asphalt, please let us know at the time of the booking as we will need to provide tarps and sandbags.  The safest surface is a grassy area.  Each unit should be within 100 feet of an outlet.  If no power is accessible you may rent a generator from us for a $60 fee.  If renting the Wet and Dry Tropical Water slide the customer is responsible for a hose and water.

  • What kind of power is required?

Our bouncers operate off of a one horsepower blower and we suggest using a standard 110 household outlet.  We ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet that we are utilizing for the bouncer.  This will help ensure the safety of the children.  The bouncer should be no further than 100 feet from the outlet.  If more than 100 feet we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

  • Who will deliver and set up the bouncer?

We will have a trained staff member deliver and set up the bouncer.  You will be required to go over some paperwork and sign a liability waiver.

  • Are you insured?

Yes, all of our inflatable bouncers are insured.  However, every customer renting a bouncer is required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, we will provide you with a copy.

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you may cancel your reservation.  We will allow cancellations of the rental for the following circumstances:

1.       Rain, snow or winds in excess of 25 mph on the date of the delivery

2.       Temperatures below 40 degrees

3.       Sick children

We appreciate your business, so we do not charge a fee for a cancellation.  We would like to reschedule your rental for a future date.  We do ask that you give us enough advance notice so that we may rent out the bouncer to another customer.

  • Do you require a deposit upon booking?

No, we do not require a deposit for your rental.  We do ask to be paid in full prior to setting up your bouncer.  We accept cash or credit card only.

  • Can I have my party at a park?

Absolutely, we do recommend you checking with the particular park before your party.  Some cities require that you have reservations in order to have a bouncer at the park.  Also, most cities will require that they be named as additionally insured on our policy.  We will need notice to accomplish this.  Also please be sure to ask if electricity will be available.  If no electricity is available then you may rent a generator from us for an additional fee.

  • Are your bouncers safe and clean?

Yes, we disinfect our bouncers after each use.  A trained staff member will inspect the bouncer before and after every use.  As with any activity involving small children, we do recommend an adult supervising the activity at all times.  This will insure the safety of the children in the event of a power failure.  If you wish to hire an attendant for your event, we do offer this for an additional fee.  Then sit back, relax and enjoy.

  • There are additional items we would like to remind you of which include:

Please monitor the bouncers to ensure that there is no food, drinks, gum, glass, shoes and related objects on the bouncers.  This will ensure the safety of the participants as well as avoid any damage to the bouncer.
